Daniel N. Brodersen , a shareholder in the firm, is a lead litigation attorney handling intellectual property and complex civil litigation. Mr. Brodersen has practiced law throughout the southeastern United States since 1986, first as federal prosecutor in Washington , D.C. and Orlando, and since 1994 in private practice.

Mr. Brodersen's practice currently focuses on the prosecution and defense of patent, copyright, and trademark infringement matters, trade secrets, litigation, antitrust litigation, and other civil and commercial matters. By virtue of his background as a prosecutor, Mr. Brodersen also maintains some white-collar criminal defense matters.

He graduated with a juris doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University , Shepard Broad School of Law in 1986 and was immediately employed by the U.S. Department of Justice as part of the Attorney General's Honors Program.
