Erica Cipparone is a registered patent attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mrs. Cipparone provides representation in all areas of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets with a particular emphasis on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Mrs. Cipparone concentrates her practice in biotechnology and the mechanical arts.

Prior to joining Beusse Wolter Sanks Mora & Maire, P.A., Mrs. Cipparone attended Barry University School of Law with a focus on patent law and other intellectual property matters. Before attending law school, Mrs. Cipparone worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for several years in outpatient and inpatient hospital pharmacies as well as compounding and retail pharmacies throughout both Central Florida and Utah. Mrs. Cipparone is well versed in the Spanish language.
