David Maire is a founding shareholder of Beusse Wolter Sanks Mora & Maire, P.A. and has been awarded an AV ® rating through the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating process. Mr. Maire practices in the area of intellectual property law, specializing in patent law. Prior to co-founding Beusse Wolter Sanks Mora & Maire, P.A., Mr. Maire practiced with the firm of Holland & Knight, LLP, and he has also worked as in-house counsel for CBS Corporation and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Before entering the field of law, he worked in the fields of cost accounting, engineering, project management and quality assurance. Mr. Maire has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Administration, and a Juris Doctor degree in law.

Specific Areas of Patent Preparation and/or Prosecution Experience:
Power generation equipment including steam and gas turbines and electrical generators; nuclear power systems including nuclear fuel; railroad locomotive systems; valves; predictive diagnostics and remote diagnostics for mobile equipment; materials technologies including high temperature ceramics and metallic superalloys; semiconductor devices and processing; mechanical devices generally.
