Fred Romano represents and counsels clients on legal, technical and transactional issues. He is a registered patent attorney experienced in the broad range of intellectual property matters and commercial transactions. Before joining the Firm as a shareholder, Mr. Romano served as the intellectual property counsel and commercial attorney for several electronics corporations. He has extensive experience in securing patent rights, addressing infringement matters, licensing and negotiation of complex agreements. Prior to beginning his legal career Mr. Romano was employed by the U.S. Department of the Navy and the U.S. Department of Transportation as a research scientist and a manager of R&D programs.
