Erica Stewart is a registered patent agent licensed to practice before the USPTO. Ms. Stewart is in her third year of law school at the Barry University School of Law, and plans to sit for the Florida Bar Exam in the summer of 2010. Ms. Stewart’s practice is focused on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, primarily in biotechnology and the mechanical arts. Additionally, she conducts patentability searches, freedom-to-operate searches, and validity searches.

Prior to joining Beusse Wolter Sanks Mora & Maire, P.A., Ms. Stewart worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for several years in outpatient and inpatient hospital pharmacies as well as retail pharmacies in both Central Florida and Utah.  Ms. Stewart is also well versed in the Spanish language.
