Terry Sanks participated on a panel entitled The Entertainment Industry:  How to Protect Your Client’s Rights as part of the 2009 Entertainment and Sports Law Symposium at the Florida A&M University College of Law on April 18, 2009.

Mr. Sanks’ panel discussed numerous matters including rights holders’ deal expectations across various platforms, licensing of interactive products, protecting copyrights with the advancement in technology, as well as recent cases including Viacom Intern. Inc. v. YouTube, Inc., and Jones v. Blige.
