Robert Wolter and Kevin Wimberly recently negotiated a settlement in Hell's Bay et. al. v. Fisher Beavertail, Mfg resulting in an "elated" client. 

The case involved allegations by BWSMM client, Hell's Bay Boatworks, that the manufacturer of Beavertail Skiffs flats fishing boats had infringed Hell's Bay's design patents and trade dress and that Beavertail had also engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices and violated Florida's anti-dilution laws.
